Cassy, a certified Fitness & Nutrition coach with over a decade in the industry, empowers women to achieve goals and boost confidence. Starting her fitness journey at 15, she overcame disordered eating and faced challenges, including a disappointing coaching experience post her first competition at 18. At 21, she embraced a healthy lifestyle, becoming a certified coach, and successfully juggled coaching with a full-time job. Now coaching full-time from home, Cassy, a wife and mom to two fur babies, stepped back from competing due to family challenges, prompting a redefinition of her concept of "being healthy." With a passion for holistic practices, she recently ventured into pre/post-natal coaching, broadening her expertise. Beyond fitness, Cassy loves dancing, journaling, learning, creativity, music, connecting with people, and embracing silliness.
