From a young age, Braden's parents instilled in him the principle that pursuing one's passion can lead to financial success. This fundamental belief has significantly shaped Braden's journey, guiding him from the exploration of personal inspiration to finding ways to monetize his interests.

Following his love of music, Braden immersed himself in artist management, working alongside international musicians. From meticulously coordinating wedding invitations for the likes of Diana Krall and Elvis Costello (who wed at Elton John's residence) to handling late-night calls about missed transportation, he quickly realized he had inadvertently become a sophisticated travel agent rather than engaging in his true passion.

Over the years, Braden has successfully attained his 'Dream Job' on multiple occasions, garnering valuable insights into transforming unique passions and interests into lucrative and gratifying professions. Committed to facilitating transformative conversations, his approach involves identifying the distinctive strengths in individuals and exploring how these strengths can contribute to making the world a better place.

In his role as the CEO of Amplifyou, Braden Ricketts leads the boutique podcast accelerator and management firm. There, he assists High-Frequency Entrepreneurs in leveraging the podcasting platform to realize their 'Dream Job' and turn their passion into a profitable endeavour.
